This is a replica of the late 19th century Red and White Baskets Quilt which was displayed in the Seeing Red exhibition at the Quilt Museum. The original quilt has 30 blocks of baskets in six rows alternating with plain white blocks. All blocks set on point. It was quilted all over in wave or chevron lines. Made from cotton and linen with cotton wadding.
