Diamond medallion top made from different colours and patterns of roller and block printed cotton fabrics. The diamonds are all hand pieced over 'scrim' (a type of fabric) templates rather than papers. Some of the fabrics date from as early as the 1790s, and so the fabrics in this patchwork have an age span of up to 70 years.
