This quilt was made to celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Quilters’ Guild. The signature squares were gathered at Festival of Quilts in 2004 and some were sent by post. The quilt is made of 400 signature squares which was around a quarter of the hundreds of squares collected. In 2014 Vivien Finch (Guild President 2014-2015) instigated the completion of the quilt with her quilt group Pentich Patchers in Derbyshire and it took them a week to finish.
