Bath Hanging was originally made for an exhibition that challenged makers to use Skopos fabrics inspired by Art Nouveau painter Gustav Klimt. It was hand pieced from dyed calico and Skopos challenge fabrics, and features machine stitching using Maderia threads. It was purchased by the Guild from the 4th National Exhibition of The Quilters' Guild in Bath for the Nineties Collection.
A quilt from The Nineties Collection - quilts commissioned from quiltmakers working during the 1990s.
