The quilt was inspired by the colours and themes Claude Monet's paintings of his garden at Giverny, including more wildlife than is normally seen in his work. It is made of cotton and silk embroidered with Madeira and Natesh threads and cotton wadding Commissioned and presented by Poldrate Quilters, Haddington, East Lothian.
