This is a mosaic patchwork coverlet of Javanese Batik triangles. The cotton fabrics are multi coloured, and the coverlet was machine pieced. This coverlet forms part of the Barbara Bailey Bequest, although it is not thought to have been made by either of the Bailey sisters.
