This multi-coloured cotton quilt with cotton wadding has a frame layout on one side and a mosaic of diamonds with a border of hexagons on the other side (pictured). The quilt is hand pieced and hand quilted and the printed cotton fabrics range in date from the early 19th Century to the early 20th Century. It was made in Shildon, County Durham.
