This quilt has a different discharge printed Turkey Red cotton on each side. The front shows baskets of flowers, whilst the back has a paisley style print. The quilt is very well worn, has faded in places, and later repairs have been made in plain Turkey Red fabric. The hand quilting is done in a strippy layout and includes cable, lined worm, bellows, plait and feather motifs.
