A fabulous, 4-week course with our new tutor Marion. Inspired by our current exhibition 'Sewing in Wartime', learn all the 'Make Do and Mend' techniques you need to be more self-sufficient, including basic dressmaking skills, patchwork and how to use recycled fabrics for projects at home.

Perfect for newcomers to dressmaking and textile crafts as well as more experienced learners in need of a refresher or some crafty fun!

A requirements list will be sent to participants on booking. All cutting equipment, sewing machines and hand-sewing kit will be provided.
