A fantastic opportunity for quilters at all levels to join one of our best loved and most creative quilters, Sandra Meech, for a weekend away in York. Based on our exhibition 'Inspired by the Past', participants in this retreat will explore colour, texture and using photographs of the built, historic environment in quiltmaking as well as having the chance to use our own 15th Century building for inspiration.
Museum admission, a light lunch on both full days and refreshments included throughout. Accommodation and travel not included. Reccommendations for accommodation given on request.
Places can besecured with full paymentor with £25.00 deposit. Remaining amount to be paid by 18th May 2010. The Quilters' Guild reserves the right to cancel this event -at least 5 days notice will be given for any cancellations.
